Taking three clients this quarter

We book the meetings. You close them.

Camley builds and runs your entire cold email operation. The domains, the data, the writing, the follow-up and every reply. You get conversations with people who agreed to talk, and nothing else to manage.

Four-week pilot, £300. No management fee until it works.

01 — The problem

New business arrives in waves, and the waves are getting further apart.

Almost every B2B firm we talk to has the same shape of problem. The people best at delivering the work are the same people expected to go and find it, so prospecting is whatever is left over at the end of a busy week. It stops the moment things get hectic, which is exactly when the next quarter is being decided.

A

Nobody actually owns it

Business development belongs to everyone and therefore to no one. It is the first thing dropped when delivery gets loud, and the last thing picked back up.

B

One email is not outreach

Most in-house attempts send once and stop. Across millions of tracked emails, more than half of all booked meetings come from the third message onward, which is the message almost nobody sends.

C

Hiring for it is slow and dear

A salesperson is a salary, a commission scheme and the better part of a year before you know whether the market responds. We cost a fraction of that and start inside three weeks.

02 — What we do

The whole operation, run for you.

We are not a list vendor and not a software subscription. Deliverability, sender reputation and judgement are the parts that actually decide whether cold email works, and they are the parts we own.

Week 1

We agree what a good meeting is, in writing

Company type, size, region, job titles and the disqualifiers. It goes into the agreement as a schedule, so "qualified" is never a matter of opinion once meetings start landing.

Week 1–3

We build the sending infrastructure

Separate domains and mailboxes, registered in your name, authenticated and warmed properly. Your main company domain is never used and never put at risk.

Week 2

You approve the list and the words

You see exactly which companies we are approaching and exactly what we are saying, before a single message sends. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Week 3+

Campaigns run, replies handled the same day

Every reply is read and answered by a person. Interested ones are qualified against your written criteria and booked straight into your calendar.

Weekly

A short video from me, every week

What sent, what came back, what we are changing and what I need from you. Five minutes, not a dashboard you will never log into.

03 — The maths

Work out whether this is worth a conversation.

Move the sliders to your own numbers. The figures below include the per-meeting fee as well as the monthly, so what you see is the real cost of the arrangement rather than a headline.

04 — Pricing

The price is on the website. That is deliberate.

Most agencies in this trade make you sit through a discovery call before they will tell you a number. You can decide in thirty seconds whether this is worth a conversation. Everything is included: domains, mailboxes, data, copywriting, sending, reply handling and reporting. There is no separate infrastructure invoice.

Where the risk sits

The pilot fee covers hard costs only, the domains and mailboxes that get built in your name and stay with you whatever happens next. The management fee is the part at risk: if we miss the meeting target we agreed, you do not pay it. A meeting counts only when the other person actually turns up, and no-shows are ours to rebook rather than yours to absorb.

05 — Who this is for

B2B firms where one new client is worth five figures.

That is the real qualifier, rather than any particular industry. If a single new client pays for a year of this, the arithmetic does the selling. If your contracts are small and your volumes enormous, we are the wrong shape and will say so on the call.

Recruitment agencies

Specialist firms winning new client companies, where one placement covers a long stretch of working with us. See the recruitment page →

Professional services

Consultancies, accountants and advisory firms with a referral-led pipeline and no systematic way to add to it.

B2B services

Firms selling retained or recurring work where the first conversation is the hard part and the deal size justifies the effort.

Specialist suppliers

Businesses with a narrow, well-defined buyer who are easy to identify and difficult to reach through advertising.

06 — Who does the work

Me. Not an account manager you never meet.

Capacity
A deliberate cap of seven active clients

Camley exists because this engine filled our own pipeline first. Avvale has won its clients through cold outbound for years, on the same infrastructure, the same research process and the same reply handling that I am offering to run for you. Enough people asked me to do it for them that it became its own business.

Two things follow from staying small. I cap the list at seven, because past that the work gets handed to someone who does not know your business, which is the most common complaint about this industry by a distance. And you deal with me throughout, which means the person writing your emails is the person who answers for them.

What I will not pretend

Camley is new as a brand. I am not going to show you a wall of logos that belong to someone else. What I will do is show you the exact list of companies I would approach on your behalf and the exact emails I would send, before you have paid anything. If the research does not impress you, do not hire me.

07 — Commitments

What we will not do.

Most of what has given this industry its reputation is on this list.

08 — Questions

The things people ask first.

We tried a cold email agency before and it did not work.

Most do not, and usually for one of two reasons: the targeting was loose, or the mail was quietly landing in spam and nobody checked. Both are measurable. Tell me what happened with yours and I will tell you honestly whether it is fixable, including if the answer is that your market is not reachable this way.

We already do our own outreach.

Good, then you already know the channel works. The question is whether it is consistent. Most in-house outbound stops the week the team gets busy, which is the week it matters. We run it every week regardless of what else is happening.

It feels expensive.

Set the sliders above to your own numbers. If one new client is worth five figures to you, a handful of meetings a month covers this several times over. If it does not, we are the wrong fit and I would rather establish that on a twenty-minute call than three months in.

How do I know you will deliver?

That is what the pilot is for. Four weeks, a fixed £300 that covers the infrastructure you keep, an agreed meeting target, and no management fee if we miss it. Your maximum exposure is known before you start.

How soon will I see meetings?

First sends go out in week three, once mailboxes are properly warmed. Rushing that step is how campaigns end up in spam folders. Replies usually start within days of launch, and first booked meetings typically land in weeks four to six.

Is cold email legal in the UK?

For business-to-business email to corporate subscribers, yes, provided the sender is identified and every message carries a working opt-out. We screen out the categories that need prior consent, keep a permanent suppression list, and honour objections immediately rather than at our leisure.

Who writes the emails?

I do, and you approve every word before anything sends. They are short, plainly written and specific to what you sell. Nothing goes out that you would be uncomfortable seeing forwarded to one of your clients.

See the list before you spend anything.

Book twenty minutes. I will come with a sample of the companies I would approach for you and the messages I would send. If it is not compelling, you have lost twenty minutes.
